Building a More Peaceful Society

CLASS offers a transformative Conflict Management, Peacebuilding & Human Rights Training Program aimed at fostering peace and justice in Liberia. This program equips participants with the tools to manage conflicts, build sustainable peace, and advocate for human rights in their communities. Whether it’s addressing personal, business, or societal disputes, the training empowers individuals to resolve conflicts before they escalate, promoting a culture of dialogue and respect.

Participants will learn essential principles of conflict management, peacebuilding, and human rights, gaining skills that can be applied in various settings—from businesses to community leadership. The program, conducted through seminars and workshops on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, provides a flexible learning format, with the option to extend sessions based on participants’ needs.

Ideal for managers, professionals, peace officers, community leaders, and youth, the training not only helps individuals navigate conflict but also equips them to become advocates for justice and equality. Graduates of the program receive a certificate of completion, signifying their role in contributing to a more peaceful and just society.
